I screwed up on this shot. I hadn't noticed that the overcast conditions had caused the shutter speed to get slower, so there is some unwanted movement in the face, but the follow focus worked well, so even though the bird was flying straight at me, 8 out of 10 shots have the eye sharp, which is what I was aiming for
