Images from my Youth (IFMY)

Posted by
CElliottUK (Reading, United Kingdom) on 8 October 2010 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio.

This is a bit of an odd series. These are "Studio reconstructions"(The studio being my kitchen table, a sheet of black fabric, and a 3W LED torch as illumination) of stuff that means something from my childhood.
There won't be any explanation, I'll be interested to know if these things mean anything to your childhood...

Canon EOS 7D 1/60 second F/11.0 ISO 200 100 mm

Yvon from Orleans, France

Nicely lit tinned fruit Chris, but did you ever have Epicure tinned sausages or would they be before your time? A taste never to be quite forgotten :)

8 Oct 2010 9:47am

@grouser: I can sort of remember them. We had our annual holiday in a tiny caravan that was towed by my Dad's Hillman Minx, and I'm fairly sure that they were served then.
